Do I have to sign a contract?

There is no minimum term or contracts to sign, I understand my services need to be flexible.

Is CareFurPets insured?

Yes CareFurPets is insured with Pet Business Insurance which includes Public Liability cover. A copy of our insurance certificate can be seen if required.

How much notice do I have to give if I want to cancel?

At least 48 hours notice - there is no charge if a booking is cancelled within this timeframe. If the notice is on the day of booking (except in an emergency) the owner will be charged 50% of the usual booking fee.

I often have to work at short notice can you be flexible?

Yes! Just give us as much notice as possible and I will endeavor to book your dog in.

What would happen if my dog was injured or taken ill?

I will ask for up to date vet details at your initial registration. In an emergency situation I would endeavor to take your dog to their registered veterinary surgery and of course I would contact you immediately.

How do you accommodate nervous dogs?

I would offer home visits or solo walks where your dog would have one-on-one attention. Once I get to know your dog I can re-evaluate their walking routine and progressively introduce them onto a small, suitable group walk if appropriate.
